Booking online will require a 50% deposit of the consultation fee via a credit/debit card payment.
On booking your appointment, the session time is reserved as your own. Clients are expected to pay for their sessions, whether or not they choose to attend.
If you cannot keep this appointment please call on 0408 317 249 and we will be happy to reschedule you for a more convenient time. There will be no fee if phone message or conversation is received with more than ONE (1) business days’ notice of the scheduled appointment time. If your appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours of notice, you will be charged for the full price of the appointment.
A doctor’s referral is not essential, however if you have one, please bring it with you to the appointment. Rebates are available through most private health companies as long as you have extras cover. Please contact your health fund to confirm. Alternatively, you may be eligible to be placed on Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan through your GP. A CDM Plan entitles you to receive a proportion of the consultation cost back from Medicare. Your GP will need to arrange this prior to your appointment.
