All our dietitians have their PostGrad Dip (tertiary education) in Dietetics and maintain Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA) registration with ongoing professional development. We separate proven science from popular speculation, giving you an ‘eyes wide open’ approach.
At True Body, you will never just be given a diet sheet or meal plan to match your condition and sent out the door. We take the time to assess your personal requirements as well as your barriers to change.
Dietitians are qualified experts in the field of human nutrition and diet therapy. We provide general healthy eating advice as well as help people manage ongoing health and disease conditions such as diabetes, bariatric surgery, food intolerances, IBS and IBD among many more.
There are lots of ways to begin a dietary change. True Body offers one-on-one consultations for personalised information, supermarket tours for tangible advice you can apply on the spot and nutrition presentations to educate groups of people on a range of nutrition topics.
