You can trust in an Accredited Practising Dietitian from True Body to provide nutrition services to assist in healthy eating advice as well as help manage ongoing health and disease conditions by helping implement dietary changes.

Nutrititon Consultations

A one-on-one appointment with a dietitian to give you a step-by-step guide to reaching your goals.


A dietitian will come and present to your group on a health topic of your choice at your venue of choice.

Your trainer will learn the best way to motivate you and keep you going throughout the session, as well as keeping you accountable to your goals
